Cap-Ex Ventures Ltd. (TSX-V: CEV) (Frankfurt: X0V) (OTCQX: CPXVF) (“Cap-Ex” or the “Company”) announces that it has filed an amended and restated information circular with respect to its annual general meeting (“AGM”) scheduled to be held on Thursday February 28th, 2013. The amended circular will replace the information circular of the Company dated January 29th, 2013.
The circular has been amended to include additional information under the section entitled “Voting securities and principal holders of the voting securities”. The additional disclosure specifies that the Goodman Investment Counsel Inc., on behalf of the portfolios of investment funds and client accounts managed by it, exercises control or direction over 10,000,000 common shares of the Company. This represents an approximate 13.13% interest on an undiluted basis.
