(TSX-V: CEV) ("Cap-Ex" or the "Company")</strong> is pleased to announce the results from 2 more drill holes completed on the newly discovered Northwest Zone located on the Company's wholly owned Block 103 iron ore property, 30 kilometres northwest of the mining town of Schefferville, Quebec. The new zone is located approximately 3 kilometres west of the Green Bush Zone, in the northwest portion of Block 103 where the Company has recently announced several positive drill hole results indicating the presence of significant magnetite mineralization. The geology of the Northwest zone is very simple, forming a single horizon that strikes NW-SE and dips very gently (0-10 degrees) to the northeast.</p> <p>The Northwest Zone was tested by 6 diamond drill holes over 5.3 kilometres of strike length. To date, results have been received for 3 holes with the results for drill hole DDH103-11 having been disseminated by the Company on November 8, 2011. Drill hole DDH103-13 drilled 680 metres south of drill hole DDH103-11 intersected 90.63 metres (true thickness) averaging 32% iron (Fe) and 31.62% DTWR. Hole DDH103-15 drilled 1,150 metres southeast of DDH103-11 intersected 88.91 metres (true thickness) averaging 31.1% Fe and 27.53% DTWR. The Company also received the DTWR results for DDH103-28, intersecting 125 metres at 30.4% Fe and 30.84% DTWR from 2.13 metres. (Refer to Figure 1 attached, which can also be found at www.cap-ex.ca).</p> <p>The Greenbush Zone currently averages 30.23% Fe and 30.36% DTWR. This is higher than the head grade iron and DTWR figures of other similar multi-billion tonne magnetite deposits in the Labrador trough. (TSX-V:CEV) ("Cap-Ex" or the "Company")</strong> is pleased to announce the discovery of a second high grade magnetite zone on the Company's wholly owned Block 103 iron ore property, located 30 kilometres northwest of the mining town of Schefferville, Quebec. This new zone is located approximatley 3 kilometres west of the Green Bush Zone, in the northwest region of Block 103. Refer to Northwest Zone map on Company website (www.cap-ex.ca).</p> <p>The newly discovered Northwest Zone was diamond drill tested by 6 holes over 5.3 kilometres of strike, with drill spacing ranging from 300 metres to 2,100 metres. This zone is completely open along strike to the south. The presumed width of the Northwest Zone between Kivivic Lake and the western boundary of Block 103 is between 0.5 and 1.5 kilometres. The western and northern extensions appear to continue onto ground held by Tata Steel/New Millennium Iron Corp. The Northwest Zone is striking NW-SE, dipping gently to the northeast. The thickness increases from 107 metres at the northern end, in hole DDH 103-11, to over 153 metres at the southern end as shown in Hole DDH103-17.</p> <p>To date, assay results for the Northwest Zone were obtained only for the most northern drill hole DDH 103-11, from 1.22 metres, intersected 107.90 metres (true thickness) averaging 31.8% iron, with 31.6% Davis Tube Weight Recovery ("DTWR"). This initial DTWR assay result is significantly higher than the nearby LabMag (average of 25.8% DWTR) and KeMag (average 27% DWTR) deposits.</p> <p>Assay results from the remaining five holes are pending; these drill intercepts of magnetite bearing Sokoman Formation are presented in the table below. It is important to note that in holes DDH 103-16 and 17, significant intervals of magnetite have been converted to hematite.</p> <table cellpadding="4" cellspacing="1" align="center" border="1"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>Hole No.</strong></div> </td> <td align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>From</strong></div> </td> <td align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>To</strong></div> </td> <td align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>Core Interval </strong></div> </td> <td align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>True Thickness of Magnetite</strong></div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center" bgcolor="#990000"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></td> <td align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>(m)</strong></div> </td> <td align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>(m)</strong></div> </td> <td align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>(m)</strong></div> </td> <td align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>Bearing Interval (m)</strong></div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td>DDH103-12</td> <td align="center">1.52</td> <td align="center">108.81</td> <td align="center">107.29</td> <td align="center">106.70</td> </tr> <tr> <td>DDH103-13</td> <td align="center">1.22</td> <td align="center">102.56</td> <td align="center">101.34</td> <td align="center">100.78</td> </tr> <tr> <td>DDH103-15</td> <td align="center">1.52</td> <td align="center">101.65</td> <td align="center">100.13</td> <td align="center">99.58</td> </tr> <tr> <td>DDH103-16</td> <td align="center">24.69</td> <td align="center">151.49</td> <td align="center">126.80</td> <td align="center">126.10</td> </tr> <tr> <td>DDH103-17</td> <td align="center">43.59</td> <td align="center">196.60</td> <td align="center">153.01</td> <td align="center">152.17</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Company is also awaiting additional assay results from the recently discovered Greenbush Zone, also located on Block 103.</p> <p>Fourteen Reverse Circulation ("RC") drill holes have now been completed on the Company's Redmond properties, located 10 kilometres southeast of Schefferville, Quebec. (TSX-V:CEV) ("Cap-Ex" or the "Company")</strong> is pleased to report that drilling on the Company's wholly owned Block 103 iron ore property in the Labrador Trough continues to expand the heavily mineralized Greenbush Zone along both east and west limbs.</p> <p>DDH103-18, approximately one kilometre south of the Block 103 north boundary, intersected 172 metres of the magnetite bearing Sokoman Formation. DDH103-20, one kilometre east-southeast of DDH103-18, intersected 129 metres of magnetite from surface. Combining previous results, this drilling indicates the east limb of the Greenbush Zone to have a strike length of at least 8 kilometres with widths of up to one kilometre.</p> <p>DDH103-07, approximately two kilometres southwest of discovery hole DDH103-23, and ten kilometres southeast of DDH103-18, intersected approximately 159 metres of 31.2% total iron. In addition, DDH103-44, midway between DDH103-18 and DDH103-07 (five kilometres southeast of DDH103-18), intersected 258 metres of magnetite from surface. Combining recent drilling with previous results indicates the west limb to have a strike length exceeding 10 kilometres and a width of up to two kilometres. (Refer to Figure 1 attached, which can also be found at www.cap-ex.ca.)</p> <p>This year's drilling on Block 103 enabled the Company to outline an area that could host a potential significant magnetite deposit. The outlined area comprises 16 square kilometres and was tested by 17 holes (Refer to Figure 1 attached, which can also be found at www.cap-ex.ca.) Results for 8 of these 17 drill holes are presented in Table 1. Assay results for the remaining 9 holes are pending but intercepts of the magnetite bearing Sokoman Formation encountered in the drill holes are presented in Table 2.</p> <p style="text-align: (TSX-V:CEV) ("Cap-Ex" or the "Company")</strong> is pleased to report that drilling on the Company's wholly owned Block 103 iron ore property in the Labrador Trough continues to expand the heavily mineralized Greenbush Zone along both east and west limbs.</p> <p>DDH103-18, approximately one kilometre south of the Block 103 north boundary, intersected 172 metres of the magnetite bearing Sokoman Formation. Assay results for the remaining 9 holes are pending but intercepts of the magnetite bearing Sokoman Formation encountered in the drill holes are presented in Table 2.</p> <p style="text-align: Drill core for DDH103-18 has yet to be processed but presence of magnetite bearing Sokoman Formation intersected by the hole potentially extends the Green Bush mineralized zone to over 7 kilometres in length.</p> <p>Intersections of magnetite bearing horizon (Sokoman Formation) encountered in holes drilled to the northwest of the Green Bush zone are presented in table 2.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Table 2</strong></p> <table cellpadding="4" cellspacing="1" align="center" border="1"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>Hole No.</strong></div> </td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>From (m)</strong></div> </td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>To (m)</strong></div> </td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center" bgcolor="#990000"> <div style="color: #fff;"><strong>Intersection of</strong><br /><strong> magnetite bearing</strong><br /><strong> horizon (m)</strong></div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center">DDH103-34</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">3.35</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">182.97</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">178.62</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center">DDH103-35</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">1.50</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">81.38</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">&nbsp; 79.88</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center">DDH103-38</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">2.44</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">102.72</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">100.28</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center">DDH103-39</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">2.13</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">194.16</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">192.03</td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center">DDH103-18</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">2.13</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">197.21</td> <td style="text-align: center;" align="center">195.08</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p><br />Cap-Ex is also awaiting assays from other significant Block 103 drill holes. Exploration efforts will focus on further delineating and expanding the size of this newly discovered Green Bush zone through continued drilling.</p> <p>There remains significant potential to expand the Green Bush zone to the northwest, southeast and southwest where there are large, intense magnetic anomalies not yet tested by drilling. Drilling completed to date on Block 103 shows remarkably good reliability of magnetic anomalies as drilling targets. It also confirms that there is a strong potential for continuity of magnetite bearing Sokoman Formation underlying Block 103. Cap-Ex is continuing its drilling campaign on Block 103 with two diamond rigs.</p> <p>Initial results for all drill holes into the Green Bush zone indicate the zone contains high-grade magnetite with grades exceeding those of nearby taconite deposits such as LabMag (average of 25.79% Davis tube weight recovery (DTWR)) and KeMag (average of 27%).</p> <p>Cap-Ex has received delivery and begun operating its 100% owned reverse circulation drill rig in Schefferville. This rig is now drilling the hematite ("Direct Shipping Ore") targets at its Redmond property, located 10 kilometres southeast of Schefferville, Quebec.</p> <p>Brett Matich commented: "We are very encouraged by the results received to date. The continuity of mineralization will allow us to build significant tonnage of magnetite exceeding any previous estimates. We look forward to receiving further assay results from the backlog of over 40 holes currently in for assay".</p> <p>The samples from drilling were processed and assayed by SGS Canada Lab based in Lakefield, Ont. (TSX-V:CEV) ("Cap-Ex" or the "Company")</strong> is pleased to announce that step-out drilling has extended the strike length of the Green Bush high-grade magnetite zone from 3.5 kilometres to approximately 7 kilometres. Initially, the Green Bush Zone, an intense magnetic anomaly on the Company's wholly owned Block 103 property, was tested by 10 drill holes spaced at 500 metre intervals, over a 3.5 kilometre (km) strike length and a width at least 1 km.</p> <p>While assay results are pending for numerous Block 103 drill holes, both north and south of the Green Bush zone, significant intersections of the (TSX-V: CEV) ("Cap-Ex" or the "Company")</strong> is pleased to announce that the first stage exploration program completed on its Lac Connelly property (the "Property)" has successfully confirmed 3.7 kilometres strike of hematite iron ore.</p> <p>The Lac Connelly property covers approximately 50,000 hectares and is located within the Labrador trough, 250 kilometres northwest of the mining town of Schefferville, Quebec.</p> <p>The purpose of the program was to examine two hematite bearing horizons mentioned in the historical report from 1955 (reference: Natural Resource Department of Quebec, GM03035), which was based on exploration conducted by Great Iron Mountain Corp.</p> <p>The 2011 exploration program consisted of rock sampling, prospecting and geological mapping to confirm the presence of the hematite bearing horizons. Both horizons are striking northeast to southwest and dip gently to the southeast.</p> <p>The first hematite bearing horizon was traced for 2.5 kilometres along the strike and is at a minimum 30 metres wide. The second hematite bearing horizon is located 1.5 kilometres to the northwest of the first horizon. It was traced for 1.2 kilometres along strike, and based on the preliminary mapping, is at least 50 metres wide. A total of 21 rock samples were collected from the second hematite horizon, which included 16 chip and 5 grab samples, returning an average of 40.01% iron.</p> <p>The Company conducted in house microscopic studies on the hematite bearing rocks from Lac Connelly. These preliminary studies indicate that the quartz and hematite grains are not intergrown, but form separate grains which are substantially coarser than mineral grains in typical magnetite iron ore. These results indicate that the Lac Connelly hematite could be economically beneficiated to &gt;60% iron. Based on these successful findings the Company has now commenced metallurgical studies to test beneficiating the Lac Connelly hematite ore.</p> <p>The Lac Connelly metallurgical work will be conducted by Inspectorate Lab based in Richmond, British Columbia under the supervision of metallurgist Frank Wright.</p> <p>Alex Walus, P.Geo., a Qualified Person pursuant to National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved of the contents of this news release.</p> <p>For additional information please visit the Company's website at www.cap-ex.ca.
